At CoolPoint, Hansefit members can expect a controlled cold application with the Alpha Cooling® Professional (ACP) - a method that works exclusively via the palms of the hands and addresses the entire body, making it particularly uncomplicated and suitable for everyday use. After a brief preliminary discussion (including on safe use), the session lasts around 20 minutes. Alpha Cooling is used by many users for regeneration and to support performance - e.g. to support acute and chronic inflammatory complaints (neurological/orthopaedic) as well as arthrosis, arthritis and rheumatism, nerve pain, back pain, migraines, increased blood pressure and much more.
