With three yoga studios in Kiel, Yoga-Moment offers you many different yoga classes. One of the three studios is a hot yoga studio, where all classes take place at 30-40°. The other two studios are normal temperature studios. In the spacious, light-flooded rooms you will find the ideal atmosphere for a mindful and inspiring practice.

We are a yoga studio with a large yoga community: Subscription members of the yoga studio and people with 10-person cards can take part in all regular classes. Participation via Hansefit is very limited, as our subscription members have absolute priority. If you would like to take part in certain classes regularly, we recommend that you take out a subscription with us or use a 10-card.
