My classes are free for you to book. I offer different yoga classes every week:
Tuesday, 8 - 9 pm Stretch & Relax (Gerhardstr. 85)
Wednesday, 8.30 - 9.30 a.m. Morning Mobility Yoga (Blücherplatz 14)
Saturday, 10 - 11 a.m. Yoga Flow (Gerhardstr. 85)
Ascension Day special: Yoga meets kickboxing on May 14, 10 - 11.30 a.m. (Gerhardstr. 85)
I regularly offer sound bath sessions with Tibetan singing bowls, which you can book at a reduced price.

Sunday, 31.5.26 16 - 17 Sound Bath & Kakao at HOLY Kiel, Blücherplatz 14 (plus 9 euros)*.
