Yoga style: Vinyasa, Kriya, Pranayama (traditions from the Himalayas)
In my classes I would like to combine Kriyas with breathing exercises and flowing Vinyasa exercises.
Kriyas are actions that help us to achieve inner freedom and development. They can have a very powerful, centring and grounding effect, as well as stabilizing our nervous system.

I am Linn and have been teaching yoga since 2020. I started with a 200-hour vinyasa training at Yoga Moment. In 2025 I moved to India. There I took part in a 500-hour yoga teacher training, was able to immerse myself deeply in Kriya Yoga from the Himalayan tradition and got to know an all-encompassing style of yoga. I'm really looking forward to a great time with you, where we can leave our everyday lives behind us, practise letting go and feel who we really are and what makes us who we are. Free from external expectations and opinions.
