Yoga style: Vinyasa, Kriya, Pranayama
All levels of experience are welcome in this course :)
Yoga equipment is available on site.
In my classes I would like to combine Kriyas with breathing exercises and flowing Vinyasa exercises.
Kriyas are actions that help us to achieve inner freedom and development. They can have a very powerful, centering and grounding effect, as well as stabilizing our nervous system.
I am Linn and have been teaching yoga since 2020. I started with a 200-hour vinyasa training at Yoga Moment. In 2025 I moved to India. There I took part in a 500-hour yoga teacher training, was able to immerse myself deeply in Kriya Yoga from the Himalayan tradition and got to know an all-encompassing style of yoga. I am really looking forward to a great time with you, practicing being in the now, letting go, feeling our body and noticing what is good for it. Free from external expectations and opinions.
