Studio for personal and small group training
Since February 1st we are located in the new premises in Kurfürstenstraße 10 - near the main station.
The entrance is located between the salt cave "Salair" and Cafe 16100.
We do not limit ourselves to a single discipline or form of training and offer our customers effective and goal-oriented offers from various areas of fitness and athletic training.
Whether pure bodyweight training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), kettlebell training or barbell training, we can offer a wide range of training forms so that every participant can be offered an effective form of training.
The training times offered in the early morning, at lunchtime, in the evening and at weekends give everyone the opportunity to take part in regular training sessions. The training sessions usually last 45 minutes. No hours of inefficient "training around". Short, crisp and effective!
Group sizes are usually limited. This ensures that a high quality of supervision can be guaranteed. No participant is left to their own devices - no mass processing!
Combine the intensive support, similar to personal training, and the motivating atmosphere of group training to achieve your best results.
