Our studio is located on the 1st floor at Kaiserstraße 172, just a 2-minute walk from the Europaplatz stop. You can expect a modern, bright and air-conditioned training environment in which you can concentrate fully on your training.
We offer a wide range of classes including functional fitness, HIIT and Core & Strength - effective, motivating and suitable for different performance levels. The offer is supplemented by prevention courses such as back and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR), which are subsidized by the statutory health insurance companies. These courses can only be booked by telephone.
What's special about us is that our courses are led by physiotherapists or trainers with a physiotherapy background. As a result, you benefit from in-depth specialist knowledge, proper exercise execution and a training approach that goes far beyond traditional fitness training - safe, effective and sustainable.
