Since 2016, Lauftraining Karlsruhe has stood for running success and fun in training.
No matter what goal you are pursuing, we will accompany you on your way.

We pass on our many years of experience and enthusiasm for running in numerous running courses and private training sessions.

Whether you are a beginner or a professional - we can help you with the basics as well as optimize the finer points to achieve even better & results.

Beginners' running course I - women's running course
In our women's running course for beginners and those returning to running, we teach you the joy of running.
In our 10-week running course, you will learn everything you need to know about running technique, equipment, additional fitness training and regeneration.
We start with running and walking breaks and by the end of the course you will be able to run 5 km or 30 minutes with a smile on your face.

Thursdays, 19:00 - 20:00 Athletics Running
Run and workout - we combine running and athletics in one course.
The aim of the course is to improve general fitness through functional athletics training.
We train stability, flexibility, strength and elasticity and also improve our condition.
Each 60-minute session focuses on different areas:
Mobility, strength, stability, speed, agility and endurance.
Target group: A running course for runners who can already run for at least 20 minutes at a time and want to train in a varied way
Participation: Ongoing course, participation possible at any time
