At the Chace fitness studio, you will find several squash courts that ideally complement strength and endurance training in the gym. In addition to conventional strength and endurance training, you have the advantage of improving your coordination and speed condition - integrated into a competitive situation. You can hire equipment at the gym if you don't have a racket or balls. You don't need specific squash shoes. However, you should have non-slip soles, as the risk of injury increases without a secure grip.
