In this course, the yoga postures are practiced sitting on a chair and standing. This course variation therefore offers you the opportunity to get in touch with the beneficial qualities of yoga even if you currently have physical impairments. This course is suitable for senior citizens, cancer patients and people with any symptoms of exhaustion. I will guide you calmly and clearly with my gentle voice. You will explore the movement possibilities of your body, learn how to deal with stressful thoughts and awaken your inner strength and power.




Yoga with children and parents

I cordially invite you to discover yoga together with your children! In my classes, we use creative exercises and playful elements to strengthen the posture, concentration, relaxation and emotional balance of young and old. Yoga is fun, strengthens self-confidence and promotes mindfulness and social interaction. Give yourselves the opportunity to experience special moments full of trust, magic and joy together.

The courses are certified and offer a safe environment for children aged 5 and over.
