Bodycare Fitness is a small, family-run studio in the heart of Neuss. We focus on the health and well-being of every member. The personal training and the regulated number of people in the courses enable us to provide our members with individual support.
We offer a wide range of courses including back and health classes, yoga, Pilates, workouts, bellicon jumping, fitness boxing and barbell training. There is a fun class for everyone. After the courses, the sauna can be used to relax at certain times. During the official opening hours, it is also possible to train in our small endurance corner and in the course rooms.

You've come to the right place if you want to train in a family atmosphere, keep healthy with your (new) friends, work out or simply relax in the wellness area. Get to know great people and find a class that is fun and motivating for you.
