Description
I offer mindful yet powerful yoga classes with a focus on Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and calm, flowing sessions - for more flexibility, inner peace and new energy in everyday life.
My classes are ideal for anyone who wants to consciously take time for themselves and give themselves a fixed time-out during the week.
Current courses:
- Monday 17:30-18:45 - Flow Yoga
- Monday 19:00-20:15 - Yin Flow
- Tuesday 19:00-20:15 - Slow Flow
In addition, my Friday Reset Special takes place every first Friday of the month (18:00-19:30) - a soothing time-out to let go and recharge your batteries.
Participation & Booking
Participation in all offers is only possible after prior registration and subject to availability.
As I teach in small groups, places are limited.
Please contact me in advance to request and secure your place.
Hansefit members are welcome to take part in selected specials and events.
For these formats you will receive a discount of 12 € gross on the respective price.
