My individual and integral mindfulness training enables you to profoundly improve your self-awareness. Through targeted daily exercises and meditation, you will not only gain more serenity and balance in everyday life, but also an increased appreciation of yourself and others.

Stress, restlessness, worries, exhaustion, mental images, fears - what keeps you awake or what upsets you?

Our everyday lives are often characterized by stress and distraction, even in our free time. Mindfulness training with meditations, self-reflection, visualizations, questioning of beliefs and sensitization to our language patterns will lead you to your causes of stress and distraction. Many "aha" moments will gradually lead you to more joie de vivre and thus give you more energy again. You will learn to focus on the essentials. You will learn to enjoy the moment and be in the here and now with your attention more and more often. Our daily exercise will be to look at the moment without judgment. In this way, you will become more and more self-empowered and self-guided.
