Hello,
I'm Conny and I've been teaching yoga in Ingolstadt since 2018.
I successfully completed my 500H Hatha Yoga training in 2021 at Yoga Freiraum.
I mainly teach Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga. These are an integral part of my classes. It is important to me that everyone can join in. Beginners and advanced practitioners alike will find a place.
I am currently offering a course at the Sakral Yoga Loft in Ingolstadt.
