An oasis of calm - In the modern, light-flooded studio with wooden parquet flooring, you will find a break from everyday life, space for deep relaxation and inner contemplation.

The cozy atmosphere and soft lighting create the perfect environment to let go and calm down. Whether you want to reduce stress, improve your concentration or simply relax - we have the right method for you.

Informal registration is required for the face-to-face sessions. Please bring a soft surface/ mat and a cushion/ blanket if necessary.

Our relaxation courses such as NSDR or Yoga Nidra, mental journeys and hypno-meditations are led by experienced trainer Sandra Kircher, who will gently guide you on a journey to your inner self and your own inner peace.

Are you ready to leave stress and tension behind? Immerse yourself in the world of deep relaxation! We offer both online and face-to-face courses, so you have the flexibility to choose the format that suits you best.
