All courses take the form of block courses and require prior registration. Anyone interested can contact the studio directly to find out when the next course starts.

Soothing relaxation massages are also offered to complement the range of courses. For Hansefit members, there is a special Hansefit massage that can be booked exclusively at the studio. This is a 40-minute head, neck and back massage, which serves to relax, loosen muscles and reduce stress and tension. This service is subject to an additional payment of €40 on site.
