In our strength training courses, we train in small groups of a maximum of six people per training session, supervised by an experienced trainer, ensuring that you receive exactly the support you need. Our training plans are 100% individual and are regularly adapted to your progress - so that you train safely, effectively and in a targeted manner.
As an official HYROX studio, we offer targeted competition preparation as part of our free training. We also offer special HYROX courses.
The HYROX courses are functional training units that combine strength, endurance and speed. They include running intervals as well as typical exercises such as pushing and pulling sledges, wall balls, rowing and burpees. The training is intense, scalable and suitable for all fitness levels.
