About me:
I am a certified instructor for:
Pole Dance Levels 1–4 (XPert)
Flying Pole (XPert)
Aerial Hoop & Aerial Silk
Children's Yoga
Calisthenics Basic (Schleswig-Holstein Gymnastics Association)
Since 2020, I have been teaching regularly and gaining stage experience at competitions and performances. To continuously expand my knowledge, I regularly participate in workshops.
In my training, I place particular emphasis on targeted strength building and clean, safe technique.
I am a certified instructor for:
