At Moonfit in Hövelhof, you enter a warmly furnished large classroom, completely in the Body&Mind style, with underfloor heating and a large mirrored wall. Changing rooms and showers are available. Mats can be borrowed free of charge on site. In addition to the courses on offer, there is also the option of using the modern sauna area. Sauna sessions can be booked at a fair price, which Moonfit will be happy to inform you about separately.
