In a world that is getting faster and faster, I offer you a safe space to just be. My name is Viktoria Könighorst, and as a certified meditation trainer and Yoga Nidra course instructor, I accompany you back to yourself, to more mindfulness and relaxation in everyday life. My approach is free of pressure to perform - instead, I focus on genuine connection, mindful impulses and methods suitable for everyday life that help you to (re)find your inner balance.
What you can expect:
- Mindfulness & Relaxation in the evening (online):
Guided breathing, gentle meditations and dream journeys to let go of tension and start the new week centered
- Yoga Nidra (online):
Experience a very special form of deep relaxation that is as regenerating as several hours of deep sleep. Traditionally according to Satyananda.
- 1:1 support (online/on site):
Individual sessions in which I address your individual issues and needs. With the help of meditation and mindfulness, we focus on topics such as stress reduction, resilience, setting healthy boundaries and much more.
- Various forms of meditation (online/on site)
Whether breathing meditation, metta meditation or creative writing meditation - we will find the technique that suits your personality.
