Located at Hildesheimer Straße 14a, Fit Neuenhagen is the right choice if you're looking for a gym with a full range of equipment, with the entrance on Osteroder Straße. It offers running on the treadmill and other cardio machines, weightlifting, free weights, core training, cycling, mobility and functional fitness, of course the classic equipment park (MATRIX) and a stretching circuit from EXTRAFIT...If you need support to achieve your goals, feel free to use the training plans in the app or contact the studio management. Our concept is rather low in personnel ;-). Since fall 2024, rehabilitation sports with medical prescription have also been offered in our rooms, please contact the studio management here as well. Reservations are not necessary.
