fit Holm is your fitness studio in Holm. You can work out 24/7, 365 days a year. We also offer a free drinking fountain with bottled water.
In our gym we have cardio machines (including treadmills, crossers, bikes) as well as a cable pulley, multi press, Olympic flat bench, incline benches, back, shoulder, chest and abdominal machines, leg press, leg extension, leg curl, abductor/adductor machine and a peck back machine for chest and back as well as other equipment.
The dumbbell set starts at 2.5 and goes up to 40 kg.
