Description

Pilates is a gentle and very effective full-body workout for everyone, even those with back problems.
You make your back and yourself fit for the daily stresses and strains of everyday life and thus ensure perfect posture - having fun together and motivating each other is very important to me.

Participation is only possible with prior registration, as the number of participants is limited.
I look forward to welcoming you to ZeitRaum im Norden.
