Traditional Taekwon-Do has many positive effects, both mentally and physically:
Both sides of the brain are trained, improving concentration and coordination. The varied training exercises the fine muscles of the body in particular and also promotes physical fitness (strengthening the cardiovascular system) and strength (strengthening the body in case of joint and back problems). The body and thus the immune system are strengthened holistically and, incidentally, traditional Taekwon-Do can also support weight loss.
In joint non-contact training, each age group learns not only the possible application as self-defense, correct behavior in an emergency and de-escalation, but above all the hand (KWON) and foot (TAE) techniques belonging to Taekwon-Do, which can be combined in ever new exercises.
So it never gets boring!
