We are a small, fine and cozy fitness studio. In addition to classic strength and endurance training, we also offer highly effective circuit training with equipment from the Artis series by TechnoGym. In addition, demanding athletes can use equipment from the Technogym Pure Strength line, which gives them the option of one-sided training, among other things. You can relax in our solarium, on the hydrojet (a massage table) or with the pelvic floor chair, which offers an efficient way to actively combat a weak pelvic floor.
