Welcome to the 7 Days Gym. In our studio you can train and relax on 1600 square meters. In addition to our fitness and course offerings, you can work out on one of our boxing courts. After your workout, you can relax in the sauna. We offer you a wide range of training options on our equipment area. In addition to the endurance equipment and the free weights area, you have the opportunity to train in our equipment park or optimize your training with selected AirMachines. Like the equipment area, the classroom is also part of a good gym. At 7 Days Gym you have a wide choice of classes. In addition to the standard courses, we also offer boxing, K1 and self-defense.
