Description
Karate is ideal training for children from the age of 7, teenagers and adults. It trains and strengthens the body and mind holistically. Gradually you build up more and more strength, stamina and flexibility and your ability to concentrate improves.
If desired, the newly acquired skills can be demonstrated either in duels (kumite) or in kata, where you fight against an imaginary opponent. Basically, however, karate is only for self-defense and not for attack.
An essential element of karate is training the right way to treat each other. Patience, respect, appreciation and mutual consideration play a central role here.
