Description

WHAT IS FIGHT & FITNESS?
FIGHT & FITNESS is a modern training concept that promotes strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination. It is therefore a combination of martial arts, strength training, endurance and circuit training. The effect of our program extends to the entire body; functional strength is systematically trained and increased. The punching techniques, for example, strengthen the arm, shoulder, chest, abdominal and back muscles. The kicking techniques train the thigh and buttock muscles as well as the entire hip area, but also strengthen the upper body muscles mentioned above.

My years of experience in various martial arts have shown that the training there is mostly competition-oriented, without questioning the functionality in terms of self-defense, and therefore not suitable for everyone in the long term.
Due to the constant pressure to perform, there is no time to acquire a fighting spirit in competitive sports - you either have it or you don't. ! It is therefore obvious that if you are led to sparring too early, the result is excessive demands. I observed this for 20 years: after sparring with people who had ego problems, you never saw them in training again. In Ving Tsun it's different, you are literally led to the fight. Ving Tsun-Heilbronn offers to learn to defend and protect yourself efficiently, without competitions or exams. How long does it take to learn Ving Tsun? It's a bit like learning a trade: with 2-3 training sessions a week, you should have mastered your craft after 3-4 years.
