Please register via my website and select the option "Hansefit Drop- In", on site you can then check in as usual with the QR code.

Please register via the Hansefit website. There you will also receive the access data & will be checked in automatically.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The classes are flowing, powerful, sometimes challenging and always combined with a focus on conscious, flowing breathing, the correct alignment of your body and small mindfulness impulses. We like to work with sound elements and thematic focuses to harmonize the body & the mind through breathing. The practice combines clarity, dynamism and grounding.
EQUIPMENT:
The studio is equipped with yoga mats, meditation cushions, blocks, straps and eye cushions & blankets for your Shavansana. You are also welcome to bring your own mat :)
