MINDFUL & MEDITATIVE (EVENING FLOW)
Wednesdays, 19:30 - 20:45
In this evening class, we practise gentle hatha flow yoga, integrate postures from yin yoga and focus on sensing and perceiving. Calming breathing exercises and meditation also play an important role in the course. Every six weeks there is a new overarching theme to which the course units are designed (current course theme: mindfulness).

Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.
In this morning class, we practise gentle hatha flow yoga, occasionally integrate postures from yin yoga and focus on sensing and perceiving. Centering breathing exercises and short meditation sessions support you in starting your day consciously and in connection with yourself and what surrounds you. Every six weeks there is a new main theme that accompanies the course units. (current course topic: mindfulness).

A space in which you can consciously feel what is going on inside you, in which you can perceive and respect your personal boundaries, in which you can find out where you can become gentler to yourself and your environment.
My central concern is to support you in practicing on your mat in a connected, conscious way and in harmony with yogic values and to integrate the insights from your practice into your everyday life. So that together we can contribute to a more prudent, tolerant and sustainable world.
A mixture of Hatha Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, breathing exercises and meditation offer you the opportunity to get in touch with your body, your breathing, your feelings and your thoughts - and to find out where you are right now, what you need and where you would like to initiate inner and outer change.
