MINDFUL & MEDITATIVE
Wednesdays, 19:30 - 20:45
In MINDFUL & MEDITATIVE we practise gentle Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, integrate postures from Yin Yoga and focus on sensing and perceiving. Calming breathing exercises and meditation also play an important role in the course. Every six weeks there is a new main theme to which the course units are designed.
(Level: beginners to intermediate)

FRESH & FLOWFUL
Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:45 a.m.
FRESH & FLOWFUL is a morning flow class in which we practice a mixture of invigorating Hatha and dynamic Vinyasa yoga that promotes focus, balance and centering for the day. Invigorating breathing exercises and short meditation sessions are also included. Every six weeks there is a new main theme to which the course units are designed.
(Level: beginner to intermediate)

In my classes you can expect a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, which is located between gentle-meditative and flowing-playful. There is a special focus on healthy and anatomically sensible alignment, deep, flowing breath and conscious awareness - both during the practice and after each session.
With my yoga classes, I want to help you integrate more mindfulness into your everyday life, build a deep connection to yourself and your environment and live according to your inner flow.
For me, yoga means practicing not only on the mat, but also beyond it. To contribute to a more mindful, respectful and sustainable world.
