Are you looking for a stylish place to harmonize body and mind? Then Pilathé is the right place for you.
Our modern boutique studio is centrally located in Hanover and offers you an exclusive selection of Mat Pilates and reformer classes in a small, personal group atmosphere. You will find us right next to the "Aegi" streetcar stop and paid parking is available directly in front of the studio.
The number of participants is 6 in the reformer courses and 8 in the mat courses.
With us you can expect:
✨ Professional trainers with sound training
✨ Stylish and calm studio atmosphere - your safe space in everyday life
✨ Small groups for maximum support and individual corrections
✨ Gentle or challenging, effective full-body training - ideal for posture, strength, flexibility and stress reduction
Your benefits as a Hansefit member:
💫 Pilates mat: €6 additional payment per session
💫 Reformer Pilates: €18 co-payment per session
Please note: In the event of a no-show or a cancellation of less than 24 hours, you will receive a cancellation invoice in the amount of one drop-in class.
