Are you looking for an appealing place to find your physical and mental balance? Then you've come to the right place.
Our elegant boutique studio in central Hanover offers an exclusive range of Pilates classes - both on the mat and on the reformer - in a small, personally supervised group environment. The studio is located in the immediate vicinity of the "Vahrenwalder Platz" tram stop and has various parking options right next to the building.
The group size is limited to 4 people for reformer courses and 10 for mat training.
Please note: Reformer courses can only be booked from January 2026!

❖ Effective training at various intensity levels - ideal for improving posture, building strength, flexibility and reducing stress
Your benefits as a Hanselft member:
- Mat training: €6 personal contribution per unit
- Reformer training: €18 contribution per unit
Please note: In the event of short-term cancellation (less than 24 hours) or unexcused absence, a cancellation fee in the amount of the regular course price will be charged.
