Our community classes are directly based on our training concept and ensure that you always make the right decision. Due to the small number of participants in the classes, each participant is given more attention. In addition to physical fitness, our sports strategists also attach great importance to execution and technique. With our concept and the help of first-class equipment, we ensure greater performance in the gym as well as in everyday life.
OUR COMMUNITY CLASSES:
Our course system consists of three courses that build on each other. Foundation Training, Functional Training and Circuit Training.
Each course has its own focus: from clean basic work in Foundation Training to intensive full-body training in Circuit Training. In all courses, you can start exactly where you are with your current fitness level and gradually achieve more strength, better movement quality and higher performance
Foundation training - the green course
Build a solid foundation for long-term mobility and resilience and lay the foundations for all the other content that follows in functional and circuit training.
Suitable for beginners, returners & comebackers! Regain confidence in your body and build a foundation for everything else!
Functional training - the yellow course
From a stable foundation to powerful movement: Develop real dynamics, control and resilience from a strong base. This course builds on the foundation training and combines the movement patterns you have learned with targeted strength work, smart progression and the ability to safely control your body under load.
Circuit training - the red course
The final of three training levels! Functional exercises are combined into a high-intensity workout. Increase your strength and endurance, your body is capable of much more than you previously thought.
