Do you want to feel stronger, fitter and more flexible - without pressure, hectic or competitive thinking?

Then my Functional Training or Body Flow course is just right for you!

In both courses, we train in small groups.
The result: an effective full-body workout that targets your deep muscles as well as the small and large muscle groups. You train at your own pace - that's why my courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.

I accompany you during the training, pay attention to the right technique and give you valuable know-how so that you can train safely and with motivation.

Who is it for?
For women aged 18 and over who want to enjoy exercise - without any pressure or comparison.

What you need for training:
→ Drink
→ Towel
Sportswear → we train barefoot or with socks in both courses (optional sports shoes for indoors)

Tuesdays | 17:30 | Body Flow | 60 minutes |📍Location: Physiopraxis Klara Rabb, Hemeringen
Thursdays | 18:30 | 75 minutes |📍Location: DaHeim physiotherapy practice, Hamelin
