Then my Functional Training or Body Flow course is just right for you!
In both courses, we train in small groups.
The result: an effective full-body workout that targets your deep muscles as well as the small and large muscle groups. You train at your own pace - that's why my courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced students.
I accompany you during the training, pay attention to the right technique and give you valuable know-how so that you can train safely and with motivation.
Who is it for?
For women aged 18 and over who want to enjoy exercise - without any pressure or comparison.
What you need for training:

Sportswear → we train barefoot or with socks in both courses (optional sports shoes for indoors)
