A yoga class in a personal atmosphere awaits you at Elbphysio on Thursday evenings. Hatha yoga is predominantly taught, with plenty of relaxation at the end of the 90 minutes.
You will find all the necessary yoga materials on site. Just come along, enjoy some valuable time for yourself and feel completely at ease.
