Namasté and welcome! We are Shunya and Jay - and we love yoga! Our small yoga studio is located right next to the Fuhlsbüttel Nord subway station, at Flughafenstraße 87, *hidden in the backyard*. A quiet place to refresh body and mind and recharge your batteries.
What can you expect from us? Yoga with heart, mind and lots of experience. Whether powerful Hatha or Detox Yoga, calming Yin and Restorative Yoga or inspiring sound meditation - we accompany you with deep knowledge of yoga, meditation and sound therapy.
Our equipment is complete: mats, cushions, blankets - everything you need is already there. And after the class, you can relax with a cup of tea or a glass of water.
We combine traditional yoga practice with modern yoga therapy - always with the aim of supporting you on your path to greater balance, health and inner peace.
