Welcome to MOTIVITY - your studio for Functional Yoga, Movement & Release in Ottensen-Altona.
We focus on movement in harmony with your body. Our experienced teachers combine functional yoga, Pilates, barre, strength & HIIT training and regenerative classes such as restorative yoga to create a versatile, holistic offering.
With in-depth knowledge of anatomy, functional movement patterns and clearly structured sequences, we help you to develop strength, flexibility and body confidence in the long term. Every day, you choose the intensity and type of movement that suits you and your life.
MOTIVITY is an open, supportive space in which you can explore movement free from the pressure to perform, feel safe and build a healthy, long-term exercise routine.

Booking & Check-In:
Book your space with the €0 Hansefit ticket via https://motivitystudio.de/stundenplan using the Eversports booking system. Important: In the studio, check-in via QR code scan with your Hansefit app is required.
Location:
You will find us in the backyard at Hohenesch 63, first floor right side in front of the glass front. The doors open 10-15 minutes before the class. Please note that we start the classes on time and late participation is not possible for safety reasons.
Rental mats:
We only have a limited number of rental mats on site, feel free to bring your own mat. If there are no more mats available, no refund will be possible.
