Hej hej, I'm Marina - your yoga, meditation and sound healer in the north of Hamburg.
I offer weekly classes at the Pilatesanker premises at Gellerstraße 5 in Hamburg-Winterhude. Please register for the courses in advance at https://www.fyndery.de/coach/25629/marina-pereza-yoga-sound/#courses_tab and choose the ticket "Check in via Hansefit) for 0€. You can then check in on site as normal using your app.
Classes:
- Pure Yin from 17:00-18:15 (Sundays)
- Sound Bath (note: with additional payment of €15 in cash on site): next date: 17.1., 7-8 p.m. and otherwise regularly on the 1st Friday of every month from 7-8 p.m.
