The dynamic, playful energy of Acro Yoga meets a relaxed, peaceful community atmosphere. We support each other (in the truest sense of the word) and are there for each other.
Here you will find space for movement, relaxation, new encounters, stillness - and above all for YOU. Just come exactly as you are. Because with us, Acro Yoga really is doable for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, physique or previous experience.
You'll find us at Talstraße 19, a 2-minute walk from the Reeperbahn S-Bahn station.

- Acro Yoga 1 classes for beginners: Mondays & Tuesdays 6 - 7.30 pm and Saturdays 10 - 11.30 am (when no workshops are taking place)
- Acro Yoga class for all (beginners welcome!): Thursdays from 7.30 - 9.00 pm
- Thai massage class: Wednesdays 7.30 - 9.00 p.m.
