Welcome to RE:CODE YOURSELF by Davina Sparmann
In my work I combine Holistic Bodywork with massage, Somatic Alignment, various body and energy work.
In addition, I offer long-term programs for sustainable transformation as part of mentoring and coaching programs.
The focus is on healing, regulation and embodiment. The aim is to lead the body out of chronic tension, stabilize inner processes and not only understand change, but to tangibly integrate it.
The sessions are individual, body-oriented and resource-based. The body sets the pace, not performance or optimization.
You can currently find my offer at two locations in Hamburg:
at the Yoga Spot (Dorotheenstraße) and at the Osteopathy Practice (Von Axen Str.)
From March also in the Naturheilpraxis Bornstraße.
