Our high standards of training quality and the pursuit of rapid progression prompted us to focus on modern training approaches that corresponded to the current state of the art. With the help of instructionals, DVDs on which the best athletes and coaches in the world made their techniques, tactics and concepts accessible, we designed our own training and over the years developed a grappling training culture that enabled us to win competitions in a short space of time. Driven by our vision to raise the level of grappling in Hamburg and Germany to the next level, we spent countless days at Redbasement honing our own skills and expanding our knowledge.

With our own training facility, we have created the basis to inspire interested and talented people for the sport, to make our training culture accessible to every beginner or experienced athlete and to engage more intensively with grappling.

At the same time, we have recognized that fitness kickboxing builds an ideal bridge between technical martial arts and holistic physical fitness. The dynamic punching and kicking combinations improve stamina, coordination and explosiveness while providing a motivating full-body workout. Fitness kickboxing allows beginners and experienced athletes alike to test their limits without the pressure of competition, reduce stress and make noticeable progress in a short space of time.

Through our methodical approach, which has already proven itself in grappling, we create a training environment in kickboxing in which the focus is on precise technique, high training intensity and personal progress. In this way, we offer a program that appeals to people who want to develop their athletic skills, get fit or simply experience the fascination of kickboxing.
