Open Gym Training:
Feel free to come by without prior appointment during our service hours: Mon-Thu 06-10 am 4-8 pm, Fri 06-10 am 4-7 pm, Sat/Sun on request
Regular Hansefit visitors must apply for their own code access for the Open Gym (one-off €10) in order to be able to train in the gym during regular opening hours (Mon-Fri 6.00-22.00 Sat/Sun 7.00-20.00). An appointment with a briefing on our gym rules is required before the app can be activated.
Additional offers:
For 99€ you can book our starter package: This includes an on-site consultation and anamnesis with one of our trainers, an individual training plan and a supervised introduction to the exercises.
You will need your own padlock for the locker. We also offer rental lockers from €60.00 per year.
To all moms and dads: You are welcome to bring your kids!
And dogs are also allowed.
We have a free water dispenser on site.
Liquid chalk is expressly forbidden here.
We are only a 10-minute walk from the Wandsbek Markt subway station and a 5-minute walk from the Josephstraße and Holzmühlenstraße bus stops.
