Open Gym Training:
Come by without appointment during our service hours: Mon-Wed 6:15-8 & 5-7pm, Thu 5-7pm, Fri 6:15-8 & 4-7pm
Sat/Sun 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Before the first training session, you must sign a free training agreement so that you are insured for training with us.
If you would like to train outside of our service hours mentioned above, you are welcome to contact us via email or WhatsApp (015114473271) to arrange an individual appointment.
We have an automatic door system with app access.
Regular Hansefit visitors can apply for their own app access for the Open Gym in order to be able to train in the gym during regular opening hours. An appointment with a briefing on our gym rules is required before the app can be activated.
Please note: The check-in process on site will not change!
Additional offers:
You can book our starter package for €99: This includes an on-site consultation and anamnesis with one of our trainers, an individual training plan and a supervised introduction to the exercises. Appointments can be booked via info@friendship-gym.de.
A personal padlock is required for the locker. We also offer rental lockers from €60.00 per year.
We have a free water dispenser on site.
Liquid chalk is expressly prohibited.
We are only a 10-minute walk from the Wandsbek Markt subway station and a 5-minute walk from the Josephstraße and Holzmühlenstraße bus stops.
