In the building complex of the REWE supermarket in Winterhude you will find an extensive fitness area for your strength - & cardio training, as well as a free training area including a dumbbell area, which can also be used for stretching. We offer a varied daily program of dance, fitness and yoga & Pilates classes in three classrooms. After your workout, you can relax in the in-house saunas in the changing room!
