Your health is the focus of our course studio. We work together to make you feel fit, strong and completely comfortable.
Thanks to our many years of experience as physiotherapists, we can respond to your individual needs and offer you health-oriented training.
Please note a few organizational tips so that you feel in good hands with us right from the start:
We have a changing room on site which is also equipped with lockers. Unfortunately, we do not have showers.
Please bring a towel and something to drink - we will be happy to provide you with mats and equipment.
Please be on time, approx. 5 minutes before the start of the course, so that we can get off to a relaxed start together.
Parking spaces are not available on site, so please plan your journey accordingly.
