1100m² spread over 4 halls. From powerlifting to Germany's largest HYROX Training Club. Away from the mainstream and with freedom you won't find in any other studio. Train 24/7 with the option of open gym and benefit from the daily HYROX course offer. We are YOUR community gym, consisting of powerlifters, strongmen, weightlifters, hyroxers and boxers, but also you and me - normal fitness enthusiasts! Drop the bar, use chalk and train with special bars. Important: Hansefit members check in twice for HYROX. At the main entrance directly in front of our new HYROX hall.
After your first contact with Nico (WhatsApp) you will receive all important information and your individual door code. This digital briefing is mandatory before your first visit.
