Description

Train for just 20 minutes a week and still get fit?
No problem with our EMS training! The muscles are trained particularly effectively with the help of electrical impulses.

What is EMS training?
EMS stands for electrical muscle stimulation

It is used in physiotherapy to build up muscles and strengthen the deep muscles. Back and joint pain is reduced after the first few applications.
EMS training is also used successfully in competitive sports such as ball sports, athletics and endurance sports.

The electrodes incorporated into the suit, as well as the electrodes on the arms and legs, are connected to the EMS device. The training intensity can then be set individually for the different muscle areas.

Why EMS training?

Most customers/patients use EMS training because it is quick and easy and only needs to be trained once a week under supervision.

Studies show the effects of EMS full-body training*:
- 87% of those who trained reported clearly visible figure shaping effects
- The training made 89% feel tighter and firmer, the body was perceived much more positively.
-Within 6 weeks, the body fat percentage decreased by up to 4% as a result of EMS training
- Men reduced their waist circumference by up to 2.3 cm Women reduced their waist and hip circumference by an average of 1.5 cm
- In 13 weeks of training, overweight people were able to lose an average of 3.5 kg in weight and 9% body fat
- With little training, seniors over 65 reduced their abdominal fat by 6.8% and their waist circumference by 6 cm
