Sometimes we carry more with us than our everyday life is allowed to show. Old experiences, stress or excessive demands work in the background - and at some point nothing works anymore. In my coaching sessions, I support parents and people who want more clarity, connection and lightness. I combine the attitude of trauma-sensitive support with elements from attachment and trauma research, sleep & breath coaching and my approach to sober parenting.
