Body Style is your perfect full body workout for all ages. It includes both strength and endurance elements. It is a varied workout with various aids such as dumbbells or tubes.
Sensitive cycling with Maren: Wednesday 11 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Sensitive cycling is a workout that is more suitable for seniors, people with back problems or other limitations. With higher handlebars and a more comfortable saddle, it adapts to the needs of the target group.
Indoor cycling with Maren: Wednesday 7 - 8 p.m. and Friday 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Indoor cycling involves cycling together in a group to music on stationary bikes. The music and instruction from professional trainers increase motivation and, above all, the effectiveness of the training. In addition, people of different ages and fitness levels can train together.
Back exercises with Silvia: Thursday 10 - 11 a.m.
Mobilizing, strengthening and stretching - these three training areas are important for improving the function of the spine. Mobilization exercises make you more flexible. This means that the pain-free range of movement increases. The targeted, slow movements lead to better blood flow to the intervertebral discs between the vertebrae and thus to a better supply of nutrients.
Strengthening exercises strengthen the muscles around the spine. This enables them to better fulfill their holding and movement function and relieve pressure on joints and intervertebral discs. Stretching exercises help to relax the spine.
Pilates with Maren: Tuesday 7 - 8 p.m. and Friday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Classic Pilates is based on a holistic workout that strengthens and stretches the entire muscle chain. Pilates trains body awareness and therefore contributes to a significantly better posture. The deep muscles are strengthened and the joints are relieved. It is a full body workout.
Both beginners and advanced students can take part in this course.
Power yoga with Maren: Tuesday 17:45 - 19:00
Power yoga enables you to develop a conscious awareness of your body and to balance tension and relaxation on both a physical and mental/emotional level. It vitalizes body and mind, supports flexibility and promotes emotional and mental balance. Your potential and abilities can be expressed more and more.
Tension caused by stress, such as in the shoulder and neck area, can be identified and released with the help of active, dynamic physical exercises and conscious breathing. Muscles and the nervous system are strengthened and the function of internal organs such as the heart and circulation are improved.
Qigong with Master Cheng and Irma: Monday 19:30 - 20:30
Qigong combines movement, concentration and meditation exercises, which are supported by breathing and imagination. The aim of Qigong is to relax the body and balance the Qi (the flow of life energy) in the body. Stagnant Qi manifests itself, for example, in muscle tension, sleep disorders, digestive disorders and regular headaches. Practicing Qigong activates the body's self-healing powers and contributes to an improved quality of life.
