- Water aerobics with Silvia: Thursday 20:15 - 21:00
- Water aerobics with Rosalia: Friday 11:50 - 12:20 and 12:20 - 12:50
- Water gymnastics with Silvia/Rosalia: Saturday 13:00 - 13:45

In the exercise pool (behind 1m diving board)
- Aquafitness with Silvia: Tuesday 12:20 - 12:50 p.m.
- Aquafitness with Silvia: Thursday 21:00 - 21:45
- Aquafitness with Silvia/Rosalia: Saturday 13:45 - 14:30

In the group pool (club area)
- Aquajogging with Sabine: Tuesday and Friday 8 - 9 p.m.

Water is an ideal element for a versatile and effective workout close to weightlessness. Mobility is promoted and muscle strength is built up in a way that is easy on the joints. The heart and circulation are stimulated and excess calories are burned off.
Targeted exercises under the guidance of an experienced instructor at a water temperature of 30°C release muscle cramps, promote strength and endurance and bring well-being to body and soul.

Aquafitness differs from water gymnastics in that the exercises are more demanding and challenging, so that fitness and strength are trained more intensively than in water gymnastics. Both take place in a shallow pool.
Aquajogging, on the other hand, takes place in deep water. A hip belt provides buoyancy. The different running styles in deep water in particular provide a special sporting experience.
