Description
The Fit & Aktiv health studio based in the Gotha municipal pool offers aqua courses in the Art Nouveau pool on various days. Courses last 45 minutes and are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Mon: 10:15; 11:15; 12:15; 15:15; 16:45, 17:30
Wed : 9:15; 11:15; 17:15
Fri : 9:15
We work with small equipment, the whole body is challenged, everyone exercises according to their abilities.
There are no classes during the school vacations.
