Our modern EMS training combines electrical muscle stimulation with functional exercises and enables intensive full-body training in just 20 minutes per week - individually supervised, time-saving and suitable for all training levels.
Our offer is complemented by medical back training on Dr. Wolff equipment, which specifically strengthens the spine, prevents complaints and does not require electricity.
Our fully automatic full-body lymphatic drainage, which can reduce swelling, promote blood circulation and support a light body feeling, ensures regeneration and well-being.

First training session possible without co-payment as part of the trial training.
From the 2nd training session onwards, an additional payment of 12€ per training session is due + 39€ one-off for underwear.
